Justdial No-Code Multi-Agent Voicebot Platform

Defined the product vision and shipped a 0-to-1 platform that lets internal PMs build, evaluate, deploy, and monitor multi-agent voicebots across departments without engineering support.

Took the platform from concept to production in 1 month, then hardened the workflows that internal teams adopted for daily vendor outreach. Scaled usage to 25,000+ AI voicebot calls/day, working shoulder-to-shoulder with Operations on lead-generation targets.

Built pluggable third-party and in-house model options (LLM/STT/TTS) so PMs can balance scrappy launches with long-term architecture.
