I am a Voice AI product leader with about six years of experience turning complex AI capabilities into products that teams can ship, customers can use, and businesses can scale.
Today, I am Program Head at Justdial, where I lead a no-code, multi-agent Voice AI platform. Previously, I was co-founder and CEO of LiaPlus AI, an enterprise Voice AI company serving BFSI and GovTech use cases across four countries: India, UAE, Saudi Arabia and South Africa.
My role sits at the intersection of customer problems, product direction, architecture decisions, team execution, reliability, and unit economics. I lead the people and decisions that turn AI into a dependable product and a measurable business outcome.

02 · Selected work
I lead a no-code, multi-agent Voice AI platform built to help teams launch and operate voice experiences without rebuilding the underlying system for every use case.
I co-founded LiaPlus AI to build enterprise Voice AI for BFSI and GovTech workflows. I led a 15-person team from product decisions through large-scale production deployment. At FirstRand Bank, our Voice AI handled 50,000+ calls in 30 days.
03 · Recognition
LiaPlus AI was the only Indian startup among 15 global AI startups in the second cohort of GAIA, the generative AI accelerator run by SDAIA and NTDP. NTDP, the National Technology Development Program of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, gave us a SAR 150,000 grant. We spent most of 2024 in Riyadh to build our Middle East business.

Inc42 ↗We built MeitY Mitra, the AI chat and voice bot for MeitY Startup Hub. We cleared a 6–8 month government tender to take it live.
We won the startup pitch at the summit. We pitched as Write+ AI, the earlier name of LiaPlus AI. I was also a speaker at the summit.

A strong AI product starts with a specific user or business problem, not a model looking for a use case.
Latency, reliability, language coverage, operating cost, and team usability shape decisions from the start.
I stay close enough to the technology to direct the architecture, while giving teams the context to execute well.
A launch is a milestone. The outcome is the product working repeatedly in the real world.
