•Brought cascading Voice AI cost per minute from Rs. 6/min to Rs. 1.2/min, beating Squadstack's Rs. 2.5/min while improving accuracy.
•Shipped a no-code multi-agent voicebot platform to production in 1 month and scaled it to 25,000+ calls/day.
•Fine-tuned IndicF5 TTS on Justdial call-center audio to build proprietary in-house voices.
